Overall rating of hotel is very good. Although from outside hotel would need some touch of paint. Maybe due to the humid and rain forest environment.
Nice and quite environment. Great beach and forest. Really relaxing.
Staff very friendly in particular one front desk manager who organized our onward stay in K/L has been very professional.
The guests evening gathering and cocktail party near the beach was also great. Good initiative.
Unfortunately the service in some of the dining areas was missing a little bit of efficiency.
However Food was great.
Your Yoga teacher deserves also a great thank. Very instructive and helpful tips in a very relaxing atmosphere.
