Was disappointed last time I stayed here but this time I can see improvements in platinum recognition, F&B and overall service level despite some minor issues. Special thanks to Uvarajah and Tasriff.. had a good chat while having the evening drinks.
However, the sea view room is still in bad shape: TV and some furniture desperately need upgrading. The public area still looks run down. Hope to see overall renovation soon.
This visit changed my impression of the hotel and I think I will come back sometime in the future.
